Big Boy Bikes
Judah and Isaiah got new big boy bikes! They are the coolest bikes I have ever seen! Judah's is a T-Rex and Isaiah's is a Shark. They were so excited about their bikes that we almost had to pull them off of them. In order for them to go to bed I told them they should put the bikes to bed too and this is how they put them - facing each other so they could talk all night. For those who don't know, Judah and Isaiah share a room, so they talk themselves to sleep every night. We've stood outside their bedroom many nights listening to their conversations. They talk about God, family, and life. It is absolutely adorable to hear how their little minds connect things. Kids are so much smarter than we think.

Houston Astros
So Aaron had an amazing idea to go to an opening day game as a little mini vacation. Each year we will support a different team in a different city, consequently giving our family a ton of unique memories and experiences. Our first stop...Houston Astros. We drove six hours only for the boys to say less than an hour into the game that they were ready to leave. Thankfully the stadium had an amazing indoor play area with baseball themed games so that's where we ended up. The boys had an absolute blast! Since PawPaw lives in Houston, he came to the game with us and bought the boys all kinds of game paraphernalia (pictures to come). To go along with the theme, we are staying at a hotel called "Inn at the Ballpark" which is totally decked out with the old fashioned baseball look. Its perfect! When I walked in, I felt like I stepped onto a 50's baseball movie scene. We sported our LSU gear and got lots of attention. Mazie "people watched" in her stroller while the boys ran around. Below are a few pictures of our first ballpark trip.

Caught Red Handed
Look who I caught red handed with her little grubbers in the chip bag! Yep! She's in the "exploring" stage and into everything! Her all time favorite thing to do is open anything (a cabinet, drawer, pantry door, purse) and empty it's entire contents in record breaking speed. Seriously, sometimes her little arms move so fast I wonder if she's keeping a record!

My New Favorite Place
For the last year or so I've been wanting to do something to this little area in my backyard. I finally did it and it came out better than I expected. I love sitting here and reading while the boys play and Mazie ventures around. It's my new favorite place!
